Booking Confirmations

Bookings are received daily and managed by Stacey via the website booking system. Art Workshops/retreats have limited spaces, so bookings and payments are essential, to minimize disappointment. All Retreats advertised online have been assigned a limited number of tickets.

If you have booked a place in any Art Retreats/Workshops, your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Payment options given via website, Paypal-Credicard, OR  EFT Bank transfer.) Please forward your payment receipt to us, either, by email, text or facebook message.

If you have a voucher, gift Certificate please forward this to Stacey via email before your place is confirmed.

Once your payment has been received you will receive an email/text with confirmation plus more information about leading up to your workshop/retreat

Special Needs

If you require any special services, accessibility, food or allergy intolerences, please contact Stacey to discuss before booking so Stacey can cater for you with care.

Refund Policy

We do not give refunds.

These Art Retreats have been designed to offer people from all over the world a place to come and enjoy a group atmosphere and retreat. It is important you understand that you are committing to be part of a group which creates a great learning environment, which is why we don’t encourage students to cancel their place on a workshop/retreat at the last minute.

We do however give you a cooling off period of 72hours after booking, to cancel with full refund less any credit card fees on transaction.

Sickness/Illness:

We (Robin Hoods Well Farm Stay & Stacey Rocca)  encourage our booked participants to get travel insurance. https://www.travelinsurancedirect.com.au/

This is a small fee and is peace of mind in case of illness. Eg. $38 for a 4 day retreat.

Cancellation of 1 Day Art Workshops/Retreats

We (Robin Hoods Well Farm Stay & Stacey Rocca)  reserve the right to cancel any 1 Day Art Workshop/Retreat and will give no less than 24hrs notice unless due to Power failure on the day. All students booked on a cancelled workshop will be offered another date or refunded. (This term has been put in place incase of a personal emergency or serious reasons why the workshop cannot run safely.)  We (Robin Hoods Well Farm Stay & Stacey Rocca) takes no responsibility for any costs associated for the students arrangements or travel to get to a workshop. Students are expected to check all communication lines with Stacey prior to any workshop they are attending. (Email, Face Book, Mobile text)

Housekeeping Rules for Workshops/Retreats

  • Arrive 5-10 mins before a workshop
  • No pets allowed
  • No Children allowed (Adult workshops)
  • Parking must be within the parking lot area provided
  • Keep within signed areas of property or stay with Tutor whilst on nature walks
  • Only approach animals on the farm if with your host/tutor
  • Mobile services are not 100% available around studio.
  • No smoking or No alcohol allowed
  • Disable parking and access available
  • Loud, rude or aggressive behaviours will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • You are required to have read these terms and conditions prior to attending a workshop.
